CrowdShield follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, and gathering demographic information.

Google Analytics
CrowdShield uses the Google Analytics for the collection and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites and/or apps. Among other things, an analysis service collects data on which parts of the website and/or app a user has interacted with. This allows us to gain insights into user behavior which are needed to inform decisions made when updating the website and/or app. CrowdShield does not have advertisements and does not share any data with third party services for advertising purposes.

Google Tag Manager
CrowdShield uses Google Tag Manager on the HSK Flashcards website and in the HSK Flashcards app. Through this service so-called website tags can be managed centrally via a user interface. Google Tag Manager only implements tags. No cookies are used and no personal information is collected.
However, Google Tag Manager will not access these data. If deactivation has been implemented for certain domains/websites or cookies, it will remain in effect for all tracking tags as far as they are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

Advertising Partners
CrowdShield does not serve ads and does not have any third-party advertisement partners. We do not share any information with third-party advertisement partners.

Third Party Privacy Policies
CrowdShield's Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-parties for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
